Tylers dream 86 fiero GT build thread (56K warning)

This a very sad and touching story. A memeber on pennocks fiero fourm at 18 years old has been dignosed with an untreatable cancer and has been givin a life expetncey of only a few months. So being the fiero people that we all are we are going to make this kids last wish come true. This thread is going to be deticated to the building of tylers car. This is almost going to be like an episode ov overhaulin but done behind the scenes. Thanks to a local shop in Fraze MN myself and 20 other members of pennocks fiero fourm are going to be working on the weekend of the 21 and 22 to get this kids car done. I myself will be comming a day earleyer and a leaving a day later to make sure everything is perfect.

Tylers car is a 1986 fiero GT with an auto trans. It has seen its better days. It is very close to that of my white fiero when it was stock. The car needs a lot of work such as body interior and engine. Its in your typical shape for a 1986 GT. Tyler was using the car as his DD before the car started its stuff and has been sitting. His one and only dream before he passes is to have this car back on the road and finished. I personaly dont think that is to much to ask being in his situation so thanks to another member of pennocks I will be flying out there this month to help.

Well you guys this is my hello from Fraze MN. I arrived at Fargo ND at 12:00 pm and went out to the garage where the car is being painted. Its being painted the 88 Fiero yellow and keeping the grey interior.








As for tomorrow We are goinbg to be taking appart the interior for the dash swap among other things.
